This Privacy Policy explains how GPU Shards (“we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data when you visit our website. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the data controller for the personal data described below.

GPU Shards OS itself runs on infrastructure that you own or control. We do not collect or have access to the data processed by your installations or workloads.

• Contact data — if you email us or subscribe to updates, we process the email address and any information you choose to include.
• Usage and device data — when you visit the website, our servers and any analytics tooling may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring pages, and pages viewed.
• Cookies and local storage — we use a small amount of local storage to remember preferences such as your light/dark theme. Any non-essential cookies are only set with your consent.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and the website is not directed at children under 16.

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:
